Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ARDENT PRIME INNOVATIONS LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

  • Custom software development

Support Services

  • 24/7 technical support and maintenance
  • Strategic IT consulting and advisory
  • Digital transformation guidance
  • Emergency response and incident management

Payment Terms & Billing

Billing & Payment

  • Payment terms specified in individual service agreements
  • Standard invoices due within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on project scope and completion status.

  • Custom development work is generally non-refundable once commenced
  • Service credits provided for significant service interruptions

Client Responsibilities

Information & Access

  • Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
  • Grant necessary system access and permissions
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Compliance & Usage

  • Use services lawfully and ethically
  • Comply with applicable industry regulations
  • Maintain regular data backups
  • Report security incidents promptly

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership Rights

  • Client retains ownership of their data and content
  • Custom-developed solutions belong to client upon full payment
  • We retain rights to proprietary tools and methodologies

License Grant

Client grants us a limited license to use their data and systems solely for providing the agreed services. This license terminates upon completion of services or contract termination.
